Source reported urgently he had reviewed top-secret documents which showed the Whitehouse , Defense department and CIA were planning covert operations in Ethiopia. Ultimate objective : to unseat , if possible, Dictator Mengistu Hailemariam. Source Said CIA was planning to use food shipments to starving Ethiopians as cover to ship arms and supplies to rebels in Ethiopia who are battling Haile Mariam Regime”.
