An Ethiopian housemaid committed a suicide by tying a power cable around her neck and jumping off a chair at her employer’s house in Saudi Arabia.
Police said they received a phone call from a Saudi man saying he had found his maid hanging in her room at his house in the central town of Aflaj.
Newspapers said police were investigating Monday’s night incident.
