480244711 605718402211542 7391437980405338676 nIn this dialogue, Tigray’s interim administration president Mr. Getachew Reda and TPLF’s chairman Debretsion Gebremichael (Dr.) were present, along with Ethiopia’s foreign affairs minister Dr. Gedion Timotios, peace minister Mr. Mohammed Idris, and others.

The report related to the Pretoria Agreement and its implementation was also presented by African Union Commission chairperson Moussa Faki Mahamat, former Nigerian president and head of the African Union delegation Olusegun Obasanjo, and other high-level commissioners.

The interim administration’s president stated, “Today’s platform is an opportunity to gauge the extent of progress so far. There are still outstanding issues since we started. However, there is hope that we can achieve a better pace in resolving them.” He also emphasized that whether it is related to establishing peace, implementing peace, or any other matter, it is essential that those involved are committed to returning to their previous lives and that the constitution should be based on a robust foundation, which is entirely a matter of the Pretoria Agreement’s full implementation. He stated that based on this, a follow-up is expected.
